Der Bariton Tatsuki Sakamoto wurde im Jahr 1997 in Japan geboren. Sein Bachelorstudium in Gesang absolvierte er an der Universität der Künste Tokio (Tokyo Geidai) und studierte als Austauschstudent an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater München bei KS Prof. Andreas Schmidt. Im Oktober 2023 begann er erneut sein Studium an der Münchner Hochschule für Musik und Theater und vertiefte es bei KS Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Christian Gerhaher, Prof. Gerold Huber, Prof. Dorothea Röschmann, Prof. Werner Güra und Prof. Rudi Spring. Er studiert derzeit an der Bayerischen Theaterakademie August Everding im Master Oper bei Prof. Íride Martínez.

Zuletzt war Tatsuki Sakamoto als Sorcerer in der Oper “Dido and Aeneas” von Henry Purcell sowie als Leporello in W. A. Mozarts “Don Giovanni” in Opernproduktionen der HMT München im Musiktheater im Reaktor zu erleben.

2025 gewann er den 3. Preis beim Wettbewerb „International Helmut Deutsch Lied Competition” in Wien. 2024 erreichte er das Finale des „International Student LiedDuo Competition” und wurde mit dem “International Lied Festival Zeist Award” ausgezeichnet. Darüber hinaus erreichte er 2023 das Semi-Finale des Internationalen Schubert-Wettbewerbs Dortmund und 2024 das Semi-Finale des Internationalen Robert-Schumann-Wettbewerbs für Gesang. Zudem ist er Preisträger zahlreicher Gesangswettbewerbe in Japan.

Als Solist trat er in Japan unter anderem in Werken wie Händels “Messiah”, J. S. Bachs Kantaten “BWV 30” und “BWV 47” sowie L. v. Beethovens “9. Sinfonie” auf. In Deutschland erwarb er als Solist in einer Vielzahl von Auftritten in verschiedenen Konzertsälen und Kirchen weitere praktische Erfahrungen.

Im Jahr 2024 war er Stipendiat des „Program of Overseas Study for Upcoming Artists of the Agency for Cultural Affairs in Japan“. Er ist Stipendiat bei „Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now München e.V.”

Born in Japan in 1997, baritone Tatsuki Sakamoto completed his bachelor’s degree in vocal performance at the University of the Arts Tokyo (Tokyo Geidai). During his studies, he attended the University of Music and Theatre Munich as an exchange student, where he studied with KS Prof. Andreas Schmidt. In October 2023, he resumed his studies at the University of Music and Theatre Munich, further deepening his artistic training with KS Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Christian Gerhaher, Prof. Gerold Huber, Prof. Dorothea Röschmann, Prof. Werner Güra, and Prof. Rudi Spring. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Opera at the Bavarian Theatre Academy August Everding, studying with Prof. Íride Martínez.

On the operatic stage, Tatsuki Sakamoto has appeared as the Sorcerer in Henry Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas and as Leporello in W. A. Mozart’s Don Giovanni in opera productions of the University of Music and Theatre Munich at the Musiktheater im Reaktor.

Alongside his operatic work, Lied singing forms a central focus of his artistic activity. In 2025, he was awarded Third Prize at the International Helmut Deutsch Lied Competition in Vienna. In 2024, he reached the final of the International Student LiedDuo Competition and received the International Lied Festival Zeist Award. He also reached the semi-finals of the International Schubert Competition in Dortmund in 2023 and the International Robert Schumann Competition for Singing in 2024. In addition, he is a prizewinner of numerous vocal competitions in Japan.

As a soloist, he has performed in Japan in works such as Handel’s Messiah, J. S. Bach’s cantatas BWV 30 (Freue dich, erlöste Schar) and BWV 47 (Wer sich selbst erhöhet, der soll erniedriget werden), as well as Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9. In Germany, he has continued to gain extensive practical experience as a soloist through numerous performances in concert halls and churches.

In 2024, Tatsuki Sakamoto was a scholarship holder of the Program of Overseas Study for Upcoming Artists of the Agency for Cultural Affairs in Japan. He is also a scholarship holder of Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now Munich e.V.

坂本樹生 さかもと たつき/バリトン

1997年兵庫県姫路市出身。

東京藝術大学音楽学部声楽科卒業、同大学大学院音楽研究科修士課程声楽専攻修了。学部卒業時に松田トシ賞、アカンサス音楽賞、同声会賞を受賞。

大学院在学時に武藤舞奨学金を受け渡独し、ミュンヘン音楽・演劇大学大学院修士課程Konzertgesang科に留学。

その後、文化庁新進芸術家海外研修生として同大学大学院修士課程Liedgestaltung科にて研鑽を積み、最高得点で修了。現在、同大学大学院兼バイエルン州立演劇アカデミー・アウグスト・エヴァーディングにて修士課程オペラ科に在籍している。

2025年ウィーンで開催された第5回ヘルムート・ドイチュ国際ドイツ歌曲コンクールにて第3位を受賞。

また、2024年国際学生リートデュオコンクール International Student LiedDuo Competition（オランダ）ではファイナルラウンドでInternational Lied Festival Zeist特別賞を受賞。

その他、第19回ロベルト・シューマン国際コンクール（ドイツ）声楽部門セミファイナリスト、第4回シューベルト国際コンクール・ドルトムント（ドイツ）リート部門セミファイナリスト。

第32回宝塚ベガ音楽コンクール声楽部門本選第2位。第5回日光国際音楽祭声楽コンクール第1位、併せて審査員長賞、商工会議所会頭賞受賞。第72回全日本学生音楽コンクール声楽部門大学生の部東京大会第3位、全国大会第3位。第50回フランス音楽コンクール声楽部門本選第2位、併せてフランス総領事賞、日仏音楽協会＝関西賞受賞など、国内でも多くの受賞歴がある。

ミュンヘン音楽・演劇大学大学院ではオペラ定期公演でH.パーセルのオペラ《ディドとエネアス》の魔女役、エネアスのカヴァーキャストを務めたほか、2025年にはW.A.モーツァルトのオペラ《ドン・ジョヴァンニ》にレポレッロ役で出演し、好評を得た。2026年3月にはプリンツレーゲンテン劇場にて、ダリウス・ミヨーのオペラ《哀れな水夫》の水夫の友人役、ニーノ・ロータのオペラ《内気な二人》のヴィットーリオ役で出演。

ソリストとしては、藝大モーニングコンサートに出演し、G.マーラー《リュッケルトの詩による5つの歌曲》を藝大フィルハーモニア管弦楽団と共演したほか、パルナソスホールの「姫路市文化国際交流財団設立30年特別企画 メサイアVol.5」やL.v.ベートーヴェン《第九》にバスソリストとして出演。ドイツでも、J.S.バッハの《ヨハネ受難曲》、G.ロッシーニ《小荘厳ミサ曲》、F.シューベルト《ミサ曲第2番ト長調》、W.A.モーツァルト《大ミサ曲 ハ短調》などのバスソリストを務めた。

また、在ミュンヘン日本国総領事館の令和6年度天皇誕生日記念式典にて日本国家及びドイツ国家、バイエルン州歌の斉唱を務めた。

歌曲の分野でも様々なコンサートで演奏し好評を得ている。特に2026年にはリートピアニストとして著名なGerold Huber氏とF.シューベルト《冬の旅》のリサイタルを行い、好評を得たほか、バイエルン州立図書館からの依頼により作曲家ルイーゼ・アドルファ・ル・ボー（Luise Adolpha Le Beau）の作品のみを扱ったコンサートに出演し、彼女の歌曲作品を演奏した。

2025年Wiener Meisterkurse においてHartmut Höll氏の指導を受けたほか、2023年にはオーディションを経てセイジ・オザワ松本フェスティバル室内楽勉強会～リートデュオ～に参加し、白井光子氏より指導を受けた。また、2023年Kirchheimer Liedersommer のリートのマスタークラスにてChristoph Prégardien氏の指導を受けた。

公益財団法人ローム ミュージック ファンデーション2026年度奨学生。2021年、2022年度宗次エンジェル基金／（公社）日本演奏連盟 新進演奏家国内奨学生。公益財団法人野村財団2023年度下期芸術文化助成採択者。

これまでに声楽を林裕美子、吉田浩之、Andreas Schmidt、Íride Martínezの各氏に師事。

歌曲をChristian Gerhaher、Gerold Huber、Dorothea Röschmann、Werner Güra、Rudi Springの各氏に師事。
